The room was immaculately clean and with an outside window and big balcony, for example. All staff was really helpful and very very helpful and gave some tips about Playa del Carmen.

We thoroughly enjoyed being there and would come here again. The whole room was nice with balcony and an outside window, as for instance. The location for Playa del Carmen was marvellous, near to the main tourist area, that worths a visit and the town centre. Went to Tributo Restaurant & Bar for drink or two, set around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the main tourist area. It is close to a public beach, Punta Esmeralda, which is considered the best in the area. The rooms are exceptionally clean and come with a king-size bed and a mini fridge. The staff, especially David, provides excellent customer service.

One negative aspect is that the outdoor bed near the pool on the roof doesn't have a mattress, which can be uncomfortable for guests.

The attention to detail is apparent in the clean and modern design of the rooms, which come with a spacious balcony. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Florencia. The basic amenities are well provided for, and the breakfast options are satisfying.

location: the hotel was right by convenient stores, a nice seafood restaurant and the beach, and punta esmeralda beach. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like fuego that was only 5 minutes' walk away. we stayed in a perfectly clean and hugeroom with an outside window and balcony, for instance.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. the location was perfect – just a short walk away from the beautiful public beach at Punta Esmeralda. The hotel was also situated away from the noisy town area, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the rooms with their big balconies were a wonderful touch, allowing me to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and take in the view.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I can't think of anything that needs improvement.
